Algeria

In Algeria, green and white stripes appear across clubs rooted in the country's interior cities and urban neighbourhoods alike. This collection brings together two shirts from two Algerian clubs with distinct histories: Mouloudia Olympique Béjaïa, from the capital of the Béjaïa region in Kabylie, and Raed Chabab Kouba, from a historic district of Algiers. Both share a colour scheme that echoes the national palette while carrying its own local meaning. Two pieces that show how the same combination of colours can tell quite different stories within the same country.
