About the country

Bulgaria doesn't have a particularly strong tradition of green and white hooped shirts, but the pattern has appeared at various clubs throughout Bulgarian football history. Represented here is PFC Cherno More Varna, a club from the Black Sea port city of Varna. Founded in 1913, Cherno More is one of the oldest clubs in the country and has worn striped kits in various forms across different periods.
